Good day, Lexis!

I’m so excited to work with you this Saturday (4/7/18)! Thus far the weather is forecast to have rain in the afternoon, which is something to consider. Though, I would also like to offer my time for Sunday as an alternative, or even another day during the week as we may find better weather.

I wanted to touch bases with you to be sure we’re all prepared for the shoot.

The bridge we liked at the WA Arboretum is located on the north end of the park. It is called The Wilcox Footbridge. The Arboretum is a large park and, will have a number of great spots to shoot. The closest parking spot to the bridge however, is located on Broadmoor Dr. NE, next to the Broadmoor Golf Club. The Seattle Japanese Gardens are on the south west side of the park. Which will require a 15 minute drive. There is parking right in front of the entrance. The Seattle Japanese Gardens request an entrance fee of $16, for all three of you. One adult and two youths.

To submit a formal reservation for the shoot, please follow the link below. After the shoot, I will require three days to process your photos. Then will have them available to review via a personalized, password protected page just as you viewed the scouting photos. Post review, I will provide download/purchase links for your approved images.

Please prepare for your shoot with any last minute adjustment tools you may require. Also, please bring a pair of comfortable shoes for walking, if you happen to be photographing in a pair that aren’t. You'll want to be sure to have a jacket or something warm to wear between shots. That’s all for now. We’re in for a fun time, and I’m so excited!
