Shi Shi Beach - Cape Flattery

The hike to Shi SHi Beach was a muddied one. My shoes were pulled away by suction with each step. But oh! What a reward. The sight of the ocean and the hay stacks along the shore were worth it. By the time I made it to Cape Flattery (The Northwestern most point of the state of WA) one of my group had decided to wait for the rest of us in the car. But once again the hike presented a well earned reward for the senses.
